RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Refunds are allowed only on defected / damaged products.

To process a refund, please email customerservice@revel.la specifying the damages and attaching images of the damages, and include the order number. We will respond within 24-48 hours of receiving your request and if deemed viable, a refund will be processed, along with further instructions on returning back the damaged goods.

We do not cancel any orders. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
